Keeping our CRM software updated and organized for each new contact. Assisting with Pleadings & Client Discovery. Arbitration applications and materials. Scheduling inspections, depositions, meetings, etc. Docketing court dates and deadlines in the software. Preparing miscellaneous correspondence. Post-settlement correspondence, releases, checks and coordination. Any other case-related tasks can handle.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree a big plus. Paralegal degree a big plus. Strong communication skills and a great attitude is a must. Must be a people person with a good phone voice. Must be detail oriented and organized. Strong computer, software and internet skills.
