Paralegal The candidate will support the Foreclosure department of the firm. Will draft all routine legal documents for attorney's review, e.g. mortgage foreclosure complaint packages (including LPs, summons, value sheets, cover sheets), amended complaint packages, judgements, exhibit lists, interrogatories and responses to interrogatories, subpoenas, legal documents related to the judicial sale, etc. Paralegal must have experienced with title reports, service of process and sales. Paralegal will monitor court dockets. Paralegal must be experienced with Florida clerk of court schedules and procedures. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience formatting of the documents in Word, using Outlook and Excel is required. Exemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong client service skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
