There is a need for management to be more involved in helping staff set goals in the firm and how to guide them to advance in their careers. The firm should continue to offer good pay.

Pros : The firm offers a good pay of salary to its staff. The environment set has created opportunity to increase salary and offer flexibility in work schedule.
Cons : Sometimes the work is the same. Management does not offer staff the opportunity to set goals and working towards their career.
