Legal Intake & Sales Specialist Duties: Complete intakes with prospective clients, assist clients in completion of their intake application and sell our litigation funding services to both plaintiffs and law firms. Answer incoming calls. Speak to individual callers and gather sufficient intake information to determine the individual’s needs. Assisting clients via phone, fax and email. Help our legal underwriters vet the legal claims of prospective clients Collect client information and complete company intake questionnaire. Answering questions about the company, as well as explaining what we can do to help them with their case. Schedule appointments. Update clients verbally and/or via email on their case status as needed Resolve problems and handle client’s issues in a professional manner. Maintain company CRM to support monthly reporting of units of service.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required. 2 years' Legal experience. Prior paralegal experience is required, however prior sales and/ or customer service experience is a plus. Must have a legal industry background. Interviewing and problem-solving skills. Excellent telephone and written communication skills. Ability to resolve difficult situations and/or escalating phone calls calmly and effectively. Ability to advise others regarding an appropriate course of action. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently to determine work priorities and meet deadlines as required. Ability to successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to accurately type 40+ wpm. Bilingual appreciated.
