Legal Assistant - International Arbitration The candidate will be providing support during arbitrations and trials. Data entry; processing correspondence and management of case documents. Coordinate and handle client billing. Schedule travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments. Will be corresponding with clients and attorneys. Compose and draft routine cover letters and documents. Reviewing and distribute incoming mail and fax communications. Preparing expense reimbursement requests and daily timesheet entries. Data entry, processing correspondence and extensive management of case documents. Maintaining of procedural calendars and coordination of large-scale document productions. Submissions and legal hearings. Legal, technical and economic research. Copy-editing and review of citations and sources. Work overtime as needed. Should have BA/BS from an ivy league college/university (or equivalent) with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Some office experience is a plus. Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential. Should have strong administrative skills, excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish, and outstanding organizational skills. Should have strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
