Location:
Duties:
- Manage a variety of litigation cases, including general liability, product liability, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
- Conduct all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
- Develop and implement case strategies, manage deadlines, and effectively handle case files.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting to resolve client matters efficiently.
- Provide exceptional legal counsel and services to clients while meeting strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation.
- Proven ability to manage and litigate complex cases, including general liability, product liability, and civil litigation matters.
- Strong experience with all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
Education & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona (Arizona State Bar).
Certifications:
- Arizona State Bar License
