Personal Injury Case Manager / Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for handling pre-suit personal injury claims from inception. Will gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents. Enter pertinent information into Attorney Software Program. Maintain contact with clients on regular basis. Manage medical care of clients. Explain procedures or forms to clients. Prepare documents and correspondence such as billing inquiries. Collect documentation of all damages sustained such as medical records, bills and loss of income. Organize and maintain case files. Diary files using to-do's in Attorney Management program. Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of insurance coverage types and policies is helpful. Must have computer skills including knowledge of MS Word. Should be bilingual (English and Spanish).
