Legal Counsel - Labor The candidate will handle all claims or litigations related to labor and contract. Will review contracts and agreements with vendors, customers, suppliers, and partners. Review internal policies, procedures, workflows related to labor, and HR matters. Conduct legal research related to employment and labor law. Provide routine consultation regarding commercial transactions, labor, and employment law. Deliver training on related to labor and HR compliance. Must be admitted to the California Bar. Should have 3-6 years working experience in a large corporation or reputable law firm. Experience working with IT companies or reputable law firms is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to convey positions in a clear, concise, professional, and effective manner appropriate to the audience and circumstance is needed. Ability to handle multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision is must.
