ProfileParalegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to solo practitioner attorney. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, writing simple to moderately complex legal documents, filing and serving documents, organizing and maintaining files, receiving and screening telephone calls and visitors, scheduling appointments and maintaining a calendar for the office, in addition to opening, reading, and responding to mail. Will maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the attorney. The candidate should be tech savvy and must have great communication skills in addition to a willingness to learn new programs and procedures. At least one(1) year of related experience is required.
