Profile

White Plains office of our client seeks defense litigation associate attorney with 1-5 years litigation experience. The candidate will take on engaging, substantive responsibilities as part of a general liability defense team within a national firm. The candidate will independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance coverage and defense claims. Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects, relating to a variety of different matters. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state of New York. Experience in at least one of the following areas: general liability, torts, transportation, and labor law required. Legal project management experience is helpful.
