Paralegal The candidate will organize and maintain important legal department documents. Will track outstanding litigation and filed complaints. Administer the system for Subpoenas for Records. Prepare annual Secretary of State filings and state liquor license filings. One of contacts for partner airlines regarding passenger injury claims. Manage General Counsel calendar. Coordinate and assist with Board of Director meetings. Assist with preparation of Board materials and secretary's certificates. Assist and prepare legal and corporate filings. Assist with company investigations. Draft letters, memos and reports, which may be confidential. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is needed. Experience with Microsoft computer programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is needed. Should preferably have 5+ years previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. Corporate experience is preferred. Exceptional analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written skill is needed. Fluently speak, read, and write the English language is essential.
