City Attorney The candidate will manage and direct the programs and activities of the City Attorney’s Office which provides legal services to city government. Duties include providing legal advice, opinions and consultation to the City Council, City Manager, Department Heads and various boards and commissions. Must have Graduation from an ABA accredited school of law with a Juris Doctorate degree; licensed by and in good standing with the Idaho State Bar, or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months. Must have 5+ years of courtroom experience in either a criminal or civil context; and the ability to pass CJIS and ILETS security background check. Deadline : August 20, 2018.
