The ideal candidate should have a strong background in intellectual property and technology transactions, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly respected team in one of the following locations: Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco.

The Role:
- Join the intellectual property/technology transactions team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in the San Francisco office
- Provide legal counsel to clients on intellectual property rights and technology transactions
- Conduct due diligence investigations and draft and negotiate license and technology agreements and other commercial contracts
- Work on buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures
- Advise clients on privacy transactions and compliance

Requirements:
- Significant experience in intellectual property and technology transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
- Extensive knowledge of buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions, including due diligence investigations and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience in privacy transactions and compliance
- Admitted to the state bar of the preferred office location (Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco)
