Legal Assistant - Corporate Governance The candidate Should have 3-5 years’ experience with corporate governance matters. This position is expected to run 3 months with a possible extension. Assist with corporate governance of the banks, primarily drafting board and committee meeting minutes, assisting with preparation of board and committee materials such as resolutions, calendars, etc., assist with updating directors and officers questionnaires, assist with general governance questions such as application of policy and charter provisions. Should have excellent writing skills required. BA/BS.
