Support Trial proceedings by: Organizing trial notebook and all exhibits with accuracy; Scheduling witnesses and assuring witnesses arrive as scheduled; Being present and on standby to prepare documentation and/or package exhibits to be delivered or faxed to courthouse. Maintains client satisfaction by: Clarifying client complaints; determining the cause of problem and referring to supervising attorney if necessary; Relaying special needs; Collecting, analyzing and summarizing information from clients and keeping the clients updated.
