Nasdaq’s award-winning legal group, which employs over 50 lawyers in offices in the U.S. and Europe, has a rare opportunity for a highly credentialed mid-level corporate lawyer with experience in international M&A transactions and corporate disclosure matters.
The right candidate graduated from a top law school and worked as a corporate and M&A associate or counsel at a top law firm. Experience handling public company disclosure matters is essential. Other useful skills include negotiation of private equity investments and debt financings. European or other international legal experience would also be valuable.
This position is based in the Washington, DC area. It is an unusual opportunity to join a global leader in financial services and financial technology.
Education Required: J.D. from a top law school and bar membership.
