Profile

Paralegal/Legal Assistant Candidate will work with Judicial Foreclosure files. JD Degree are encouraged to apply. Will update client and internal operating systems, work on court hearing dates, filings and service of pleadings. Must have: College degree and/or legal certificate preferred. Must have 2-3 years' legal experience. Experience in the civil litigation environment, preferably creditors rights. Experience coordinating document exchanges between parties in mediation desirable. Must have: Basic knowledge of legal practices and procedures with regards to judicial foreclosure work. Familiarity with legal and/or mortgage databases. Strong skill set learning new computer software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, such as Word and Excel is necessary. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast paced and frequently changing environment. Attention to detail and excellent organization and time management skills. Strong customer interface skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
