Litigation Paralegal Duties: Work with assigned attorney with specific requests. Draft and answer discovery. Summarize medicals, discovery and other records (upon authority). Preparing various pleadings, motions and other required documents. Determine any records to be requested. Prepare charts of medical and other documents requested to track receipt and dissemination to counsel. Review, determine and compile computer materials for depositions, mediations, trials, hearings. Prepare briefs and writs for filing including identifying exhibits and attachments. Document management/overview for mail, correspondence and pleadings. Prepare computer presentations, power point, etc.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 5 years' litigation experience. Must handle complex cases and includes electronic and court filings, tracking relevant deadlines and time/billing (STI/TABS program). Must be proficient with MS OFFICE (Word, Excel and Outlook), Adobe and overall computer knowledge.
