ProfileCorporate Counsel The candidate will negotiate and draft all types of customer agreements including NDA's, SaaS & licensing agreements and strategic partnerships. Will negotiate and draft all types of vendor and alliance agreements. Coordinate with internal departments. Act as resource and advisor to various departments. Assist with other corporate initiatives as required (e.g., M&A, litigation).
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should be a licensed attorney with active status in a State Bar. Must have 3-5 years of sell-side, SaaS contracting experience with Fortune 500 enterprise software buyers. Competence in legal/commercial terms relevant to SaaS contracts - such as data privacy, security, SLA's - required. Technical competence to discuss contractual issues such as SLA's, disaster recovery is needed. Should have experience negotiating SaaS agreements and understand the underlying technology being sold through agreements. Experience serving high growth clients in the pharma and life sciences industries would be ideal.
