Part Time Intake Legal Assistant The candidate will work directly with clients, staff, and attorney. Duties will include: Managing Attorney's Outlook Calendar; Client Intakes; Answering telephones, comfortable being on the phone with potential clients; Greeting Clients; Retrieving, opening mail and post office mail runs; General administrative tasks including accounts receivable; Scanning, photocopying, and filing out documents; Client data entry; Ordering/Buying office supplies; Other miscellaneous clerical and office admin tasks. Must have 1+ year of Workers Compensation legal experience. Office experience is required. Fluent Spanish communication skills a must. Proficient computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet, etc is needed.
