Job Overview:
A law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team. Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support.
• Provide legal counsel and develop strategies tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings.
• Research case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to family law.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure they are informed and supported throughout their case.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to manage cases effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law practice.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills:

• Expertise in family law statutes and procedures.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills to support clients during challenging times.
