We are seeking an estate and gift tax associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience working hands on with complicated estate, gift, and income tax planning strategies.
The associate will bring the talent and experience necessary to independently analyze complicated financial matters and make recommendations to our partners and their clients with regards to estate planning strategies. These services are designed to accomplish our clients' non-tax objectives in a tax-optimized manner.
Ideally, the associate is already contributing to the industry through professional speaking, writing, and involvement in professional organizations. The associate will work under the supervision of the head of the San Diego Estates and Trusts Practice Group. This is a partnership track position.
