Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include document review, document production, discovery, indexing, preparing exhibits for filing, e-filing, calendaring, cite-checking, trial preparation and courtroom support and other administrative duties as assigned. Must have Bachelor's degree. Should have 10+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experience. Must have ABA-approved paralegal certificate. Proven litigation skills, including knowledge of document review and production, trial and trial prep experience required. Must have experience with Concordance, Relativity or comparable litigation support software. Should have strong research skills using Westlaw/LexisNexis. Must have solid knowledge of litigation support and case management, experience organizing large caseloads, trial preparation and experience assisting at trial.
