Assistant Paralegal II
The candidate will perform intake of cases once assigned. Will draft Petitions/Applications and file with government agency. Maintain client contact information. Provide status updates. File documents in proper order. Update case management system. Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes. Must have 2+ years of corporate business immigration experience. Should have BS or BA Degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required. Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands is required.
