Corporate Implementation Coordinator Duties: Assist with identifying appropriate legal steps and supporting documentation for implementation of domestic and foreign internal corporate transactions. Draft, review and manage filings for internal restructuring documentation, including the apostille and legalization process of foreign documents. Review transactional legal documents and work with external counsel to facilitate timely preparation thereof. Coordinate document routing and signature process with Koch company leaders. Communicate frequently with internal constituents and external advisors, including international advisors. Aid internal transactional attorney in managing overall transaction execution. Management of Global Entity Management System for data integrity. Assist in the administration of transactional SharePoint sites. Support other members of the transactional implementation team. Facilitate and support the invoicing process related to transaction execution.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience within a professional office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Communicate timely and effectively, both verbal and written, with individuals at all levels of the organization. Desire to work in a legal environment. Attention to detail. Ability to work overtime to meet requirements to meets job requirements, if needed. Ability to work closely with, and support other members of the transaction implementation team. Quickly identify issues and work with proper authorities to reconcile and solve problems. Follow instructions with precision and within deadlines. Respond quickly and appropriately to change. Identify and drive process improvements. Manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environment with minimal supervision. Preferred: A.S. in Legal Assistant and/or Certified Paralegal designation or equivalent. 1+ years of law firm and/or in-house legal experience in a large volume transactional environment. 1+ years of document drafting and review experience. International transactional experience. Advanced PowerPoint skills. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Basic knowledge and experience in the use of SharePoint.
