"A Relaxed Law Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 13, 2017

There needs to be more focus on getting a bigger pool of staff employees. The staff should continue to be supportive of one another. Management should continue to focus on balancing the workload amongst the small amount of staff.

Pros : A law firm that has staff members that create a laid back environment. Focus on team effort is the core. The staff does a great job on helping one another, especially when the workload is high.
Cons : The law firm lacks the proper amount of staff. There is some stress involved because of the lack of adequate staff causing things to move slowly in the firm.
