Corporate Paralegal The candidate will work on complex transactions, providing quality support to multiple attorneys, in a professional office environment. Responsibilities will include: Document review and preparation; Electronic file management; Communication with clients and other involved parties. Must have 3 years of experience working on corporate and securities transactions, preferably in a Florida law firm. Trademark experience a plus. Strong technology skills including advanced knowledge in the MS Office Suite, experience with document management systems and the ability to learn new technology is required. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written is needed.
