Attorney -Wills Trusts and Estates Duties: Advises clients concerning Wills,Trusts, & Estate matters and transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.Directs families of how to deal with complex situations. Probates Wills and represent and advise executors and administrators of estate. Interprets laws, rulings and regulations. Analyzes the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents. Represents clients in court or before government agencies. Prepares and drafts legal documents, such as wills, trusts, deeds, estate documents and contracts. Performs administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Acts as agent, trustee, guardian, or executor for clients.Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: JD Degree plus admission to state Bar. 3-5 years of experience working as an attorney in Wills & Estate Law. Must be a highly motivated self-starter that is comfortable with extensive client contact, and possess strong writing skills as well as their own book of business. Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical, logical reasoning and research skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle large case load by using time management and prioritization skills. Strong customer service and personal service orientation. Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence. Ability to keep client and Firm matters confidential.
