Legal Assistant – Real Estate Finance
Candidate will interact daily on various commercial mortgage production and securitization tasks assigned by paralegals, other legal assistants and lawyers and will require direct contact with clients, title companies, surveyors and commercial mortgage borrowers and brokers. Will involve considerable reading and writing, loan document production, file maintenance and deliveries of loan-related production both internally and externally. Will back-up others on the team in order to maintain work production flow and meet client deadlines. Will have a Bachelor’s degree, superior verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to function independently as well as in a team environment.
