Lyndhurst office of our client seeks Compensation and Benefits Attorney with 8 years of experience. The candidate will be advising private and public companies on sophisticated employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements, particularly in connection with transactions. Must preferably have experience working with public and private employers, including start-up companies, on all aspects of the employee benefits practice, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (including section 280G analysis), initial public offerings, executive terminations and hires, stock compensation plans and award agreements, nonqualified deferred compensation (section 409A), general ERISA and group benefit plans, and public company reporting and disclosure obligations.
