ProfileVice President Corporate Compliance The candidate will be responsible for the Compliance Program. Responsible for overseeing all activities related to risk assessment, risk reduction, investigation of alleged violations, and provision of compliance education, as reviewed by the President/CEO. Must have Bachelor's Degree in related field. Should have 8+ years progressive responsibilities in a hospital or health system setting, 4+ of which is professional experience in a healthcare compliance function. Master's Degree, preferably in health related field, law or business administration is preferred. 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare is desired. Thorough knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements as established by CMS, state healthcare programs, OIG and other applicable regulatory bodies is helpful. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements. Computer literate with various software platforms is required.
