Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate must have experience in a litigation practice at a law firm, government agency or non-profit including in intellectual property, securities, privacy, class actions, business torts, contract disputes, attorney malpractice, internal investigations, white collar criminal, environmental, health care, high technology, media and entertainment, and products liability. Will write briefs, lead investigations, manage discovery, prepare witnesses for trial, take depositions, formulate a strategy for cases, argue motions, and manage day-to-day litigation tasks. Experience as a judicial clerk is preferred, but not a prerequisite for a candidate with other proven litigation experience. Litigators from the US Attorneys' Office or other government positions with litigation experience, litigators handling day-to-day litigation for large non-profits, or strong litigators at firms who are changing geography or have a compelling reason for leaving their firm will be considered. Should have experience with the nuts and bolts of pre-trial work, investigations, and/or trials. Admission to the CA Bar is desired.
