Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Will manage case files from initial client intake to settlement or trial. Order / organize medical records and other documents needed to advance the case. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Manage supervising attorney's schedule. Maintain client communications. Daily dictation.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a high school diploma. Paralegal degree (or equivalent) a plus. Must have 2+ years of experience working in a law office or equivalent legal operation. Working knowledge of judicial procedures is required. Familiarity with the litigation of automobile accidents / slip & fall / medical malpractice cases is needed. Should have ability to type 55 wpm with high accuracy.
