Employment + Labor Associate Attorney (Mid-Level/Senior-Level) The candidate' must have 3 - 8 Years of experience; Should have top academic credentials with 3 - 8 years of experience in: Providing high-level counsel to clients on employment law compliance issues. Litigating Trade secret/employee mobility, whistleblower (SOX, Dodd Frank), and high stakes single plaintiff employment actions. Advising on employment aspects of M&A transactions. Defending against complex employment actions in state and federal court, including pay equity class actions. Strong writing and client relations skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to manage litigation on a day-to-day basis; draft and argue substantive briefs and motions; and take and defend depositions with limited supervision are required. Trial experience is a plus. For candidates applying for the position in Washington D.C., government contracts experience is preferred.
