Duties:

• Represent healthcare providers and institutions in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases.

• Defend clients in depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Work closely with clients to provide legal guidance, advice, and risk management strategies.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure thorough case development and client communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice or nursing home negligence.
• Strong trial experience and the ability to handle cases from inception to trial.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads with attention to detail and deadlines.
• A commitment to client service and professional excellence.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in South Carolina.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina.
