WM Senior Fiduciary Administrator III - Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust Team The candidate administers the client account in order to create, expand and service WM FMS relationships while managing the risk of those accounts. Responsible for making sound fiduciary judgments and recommendations. Duties may include: setting up, administering, terminating and distributing complex Irrevocable Life Insurance accounts. Identifies customer needs and offers solutions. Develops knowledge of investment strategies, objectives, asset allocations. Communicates directly with clients, WF partners and centers of influence as well as external resources, e.g. accountants or attorneys, who are related to the client accounts as part of day-to-day administration. Partners with WM professionals to identify and develop financial planning opportunities. Analyzes trust/financial information, reacts accordingly and reprioritizes as appropriate. This position requires an in-depth knowledge and experience with fiduciary and life insurance administration exercising sound fiduciary judgment to mitigate risk. Position requires individual to work independently and must demonstrate critical thinking for a variety of complex matters within the Life Insurance Trust affecting client’s estate planning and potential tax implications resulting from life insurance transactions structures and strategies. May act as mentor or team leader to provide work direction. Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) or certified financial planner (CFP®) designation is desired. A BS/BA degree or higher (such as MBA/JD degree/LL.M.) in business, management, law or trust and wealth management is desired. Should have 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following industries: financial, trust, or legal. Knowledge and understanding of life insurance trusts is desired. Should preferably have prior experience in reading and interpreting beneficiary notification language within ILIT documents related to trust gifts. Prior experience in reviewing life insurance premium notifications and understanding how to appropriately prepare client notifications based on the life insurance notification is desired. Ability to review trust agreement documents and ensure bank compliance is needed. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Strong Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration is desired. Deadline: 19 March, 2018.
