Information Security Senior Manager The candidate manages a team that is responsible for the information security function, including but not limited to information technology security controls and architecture, information privacy, incident response/investigations and digital forensics, disaster recovery and business continuity, regulatory compliance, communication, and training for information security initiatives. Manages a team maintaining and/or implementing information security policies and procedures. Manages the development, deployment, and execution of controls and defenses to ensure the security and risk mitigation of company infrastructure technology and information systems. Identifies security architecture, goals, objectives, and metrics; analyzes business needs and priorities for the protection of critical systems. Manages security programs and assurance, e.g. threat and vulnerabilities management, incident response management, and management of forensic investigations. Evaluates potential business impacts from security breaches and provide guidance to business decision-makers. Develops and executes security systems compliance policies and procedures. Selects develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Coordinates closely with operations teams which may include Global Business Units, Corporate Security, and with Legal. Develops and maintains comprehensive information security and regulatory oversight program, including standards for product and service design aligned with Software Security Assurance and Security Architecture Review standards. Manages information security risks and manages compliance team. Educates through training members on information security and industry regulatory standards applicable to their products and services. Works with respective teams which may include GBU development, operations, and service, to incorporate applicable industry regulatory standards, security policies and customer-contractual obligations into processes and standards. Works with Corporate Security and Business Assessment and Audit to evaluate product and service line security and regulatory compliance on an ongoing basis. Works with Legal to evaluate changes in applicable laws and regulations and the impact on products and services. Works with Corporate Development and Legal to evaluate potential acquisitions for regulatory issues. Administrate industry and regulatory certifications, including managing certification vendors (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, HITECH, ISO). Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Prior experience in a large corporation or major law firm is preferable. Deep understanding of hardware, software, Internet/cloud services security standards and practices. Should have a Bachelor-level university degree in a relevant field from an accredited university, or equivalent. Should have 7 years experience in the Information Security field required. Should preferably have 3 or more years of successful management experience including 1 or more years as a first-level manager. Closing Date:11/15/2022
