# Job Summary The Virginia Office of the Attorney General is looking to hire an Assistant Attorney General to join its Consumer Protection Section. They must also be admitted to the Virginia State Bar and have a demonstrated ability to analyze and manage complex enforcement cases, as well as well-developed oral and written communication skills. It is preferred that applicants have the International Association of Privacy Professionals’ Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification, though this can be obtained after employment. # Preferred Qualifications Applicants should include a discussion of all relevant experience, a résumé, a writing sample, and a law school transcript in their application materials.
