Litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities for the litigation paralegal will include litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, page line deposition summaries, medical record reviews and summaries, and other related duties as assigned. Strong experience with subpoenas, reviewing medical records, and research. Performs any and all other duties as necessary for the efficient functioning of the department, office, and firm. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of NetDocs or another document management system. Should have 2+ years of substantive litigation experience. E-filing experience in state and federal courts required. Must hvae comprehensive knowledge of case management and doc review. A Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
