Paralegal – Contract Management The candidate will manage implementation, coordination, and administration of firm contract lifecycle management system. Will assist in implementation and management of contract lifecycle management system. Provide support to internal and external users of the system. Coordinate with appropriate contacts in relevant business units to assure proper use and administration of the system and to drive adoption of same. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross-divisional teams; facilitating open communication and collaboration in the investigation and resolution of general errors and issues within the assigned function(s). Provide reports to business and other associates as required. Review and analyze routine and ad hoc reporting regarding key contract terms. Maintain confidentiality internally and externally. Participates in Project Teams, as assigned. Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations. Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor. Bachelor’s degree is required. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Should have 1 – 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
