Litigation Paralegal The candidate will organize and maintain case documents; maintain original case documents. Will create and maintain internal case databases. Create hardcopy and electronic binders and other review materials. Track and circulate filings to case teams. Update and maintain case calendars. Compile legal and factual research and write memoranda. Proof read and cite-check work product. Prepare and file court documents. Facilitate, track, and preserve document productions. Collect expert reliance materials. Prepare deposition designations. Update and maintain witness and subject matter files. Assist case teams prepare for witness meetings, hearings, depositions, jury exercises, and trials. Must have Bachelorâ€™s Degree (degree in government, political science, international affairs a plus); minimum GPA of 3.25. Must have a background in corporate/anti-trust/products liability from an equally-as-large firm. Should have 2+ years of experience with some trial experience as well. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Pacer, CM/ECF, Westlaw, Lexis, Bluebooking, Relativity, and Dropbox. Should have knowledge of LiveNote or Westlaw Case Notebook, DeskSite or iManage, SharePoint, Evernote or OneNote, COURT or CaseFileXpress, or STATA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
