• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely handling of all legal matters.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation law, specifically on the applicant side.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure optimal settlements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and valid license to practice law in California (California Bar license required).
