Part Time Paralegal/Receptionist The candidate will assist Bankruptcy Trustee, and her legal counsel, by preparing legal documents. Perform administrative support duties using legal terminology, procedures, and documents. Prepare legal papers and correspondence and organize records as needed. Answer multi-line phones at the front desk for three entities within the building. Prepare and process legal correspondence and other documents. (Dictation). Assist in preparation for Court Hearings. Attend hearings, take notes, and perform other tasks as assigned. Mail, fax, or arrange delivery of correspondence. Organize and maintain correspondence and other documents in paper and electronic filing system. Receive and place telephone calls. Schedule and make appointments. Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter. Answer and direct calls from a multi-line phone system. Other duties as assigned.
