Corporate Counsel The candidate will handle the legal aspects of acquired company integrations and entity restructurings, assist in managing company secretarial compliance across many of firm subsidiaries, and further develop and implement corporate policies. You will support a cross-functional team of professionals throughout the company and across the globe on a variety of corporate transactions and day-to-day matters. Must have hold a law degree from a premier school and be licensed in good standing to practice law in California. Should have 5-10 years of relevant corporate legal experience. Experience with managing and directly working on a variety of corporate transactions (e.g., M&A, corporate securities, financing, etc.) is essential. Effective social and cross-organizational communication and collaboration skills is essential. Experience advising technology clients are essential. Experience with international clients and/or matters is essential.
