Workers Compensation Legal Assistant The candidate will manage preparation of pleadings including, but not limited to, motions, subpoenas, notices, hearings, and requests for production. Will handle coordination/scheduling of meetings, hearings, appointments, and depositions. Other required duties include providing information to claims professionals and insureds, composing and typing routine correspondence, reading and routing of incoming mail, taking calls from attorneys, claims professionals, J.A.’s, opposing counsel, etc. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is needed. Should have 3+ years of experience. Ability to write simple correspondence is needed.
