Review:

"Family Law Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 02, 2017

The firm should consider offering a suggestion box in the office for staff to submit their concerns, issues, or complaints. Management needs to work on better building relationships with its staff.

Pros : This firm is a working environment that offers opportunities and benefits to their employees. The staff has created a setting in which there is a culture of family to be found here. The firm tries to make their employees a priority.
Cons : There needs to be a more structured HR department. Sometimes management makes their employees feel like they are not able to communicate issues or concerns.
