Profile

Fort Lee office of our client seeks trial attorney with 10+ years of litigation experience, including insurance defense experience. The candidate will independently and aggressively defend a full caseload of all ranges of litigation and premises liability from inception through trial. Will analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, independently develop and present legal strategies on behalf of clients. Prepare complex pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions and briefs in support of legal strategies. Provide effective and timely information, legal advice and other services to clients on legal and factual issues. Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures. Complete the necessary steps to ensure prompt, efficient and effective disposition of assigned cases. Independently prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials, judicial and administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations. Extensive trial experience is essential. Premises liability defense experience is required. Must be admitted to both the New York or New Jersey Bars.
