Duties:

• Handle a variety of medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in medical malpractice litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft necessary legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as required.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to manage cases efficiently.
• Engage in client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations throughout the case process.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (required).
• Proven experience in medical malpractice litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
