Service Delivery Manager The candidate will be responsible for to ensure that day to day operations at the site are managed such that the customers, quality and regulatory requirements are met. Control the manpower utilisation and load planning to ensure the delivery of the service in line with schedule requirements, be that on site or remote site (including customer platform). Lead and develop the teams to deliver the business requirements providing support and guidance as required. Manage department costs to meet budget requirements. Responsible for ensuring that invoice supporting data is completed in a timely manner to manage unbilled levels in line with budget requirements. Liaise with the Field Services HSE rep. to ensure that the company policy on health, safety and environment is implemented effectively. Ensure that all work is done in accordance with applicable legal and Company procedures, including Health & Safety policies. Ensure that as the business develops that procedures are in place that control the consistency, & quality of the work. Responsible for ensuring field services reps that carry out work are trained in accordance with established regulatory requirements. Implement continuous improvement to develop the site to improve capability, working processes and to meet the growth of business. Develop individual team members and team behaviours consistent with RR requirements and high performance teams.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Management or Business with 8+ years of experience in Aviation maintenance, Or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Management or Business with 6+ years of experience in Aviation maintenance, Or a JD/PhD. Must have an A&P licence with aviation maintenance background. Previous experience of managing teams and people development and experience with implementing improvement process and managing change (e.g. process, organisation) is preferred. Experience MS Office Suite products is an asset.
