Workforce Governance and Risk Senior Consultant
The candidate will help clients realize their best ideas and achieve potent business outcomes by transforming their workforces. Will work closely with a large team to deliver and drive impactful business results for the client. Lead and manage teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success. Maintain a hands-on role to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions. Build and manage client and internal relationships to contribute to individual growth and development. Should have a Bachelor's degree in HR workforce operations functions and processes. J.D. degree or paralegal training and experience are preferred. Should preferably have 4+ years of experience in external consulting. Demonstrated knowledge of HR workforce operations functions and processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Governance and Risk, HR Operations, HR Compliance, Gap Assessments and Employment Regulations is desired. Experience operating in or consulting in highly regulated industries, including Financial Services, Media and Telecommunications, Energy and Natural Resources, etc. is a plus. Strong client presence with facilitation, and presentation skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), and strong client delivery through project management skills are assets. Should ideally have strong teaching and mentoring capabilities reflected in effective writing, presentation, one-on-one discussion, and other learning experiences. Federal or state-level legislative and/or regulatory experience on HR and employment law issues preferred. Experience scoping and managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders is a plus.
